h2o physio is a private aquatic therapy practice in Teddington offering a unique form of physiotherapy in warm water.
h2o physio, based at Teddington Hydrotherapy Pool, was set up by two Chartered Physiotherapists, Emma Peppiatt and Tamsyn Burchell, who have both had many years of working in aquatic therapy.
h2o physio provides individual aquatic therapy treatment for a variety of conditions, including sports injuries, back pain, joint replacement surgery, post fracture or orthopaedic surgery, arthritis, neurological disorders and balance problems.
