About your session

Facilities

Teddington Hydrotherapy Pool is a purpose built 10m x 5m pool set in a quiet location and bathed in natural light. The water temperature is maintained at a warm 34 degrees for treatment purposes.

The pool facilities are well equipped and allow easy access with spacious changing rooms and showers.

Please bring a swimming costume, towel and poolside shoes,e.g flip flops. Aquatic therapy treatment sessions last for 30 minutes and are one-to-one with a physiotherapist who will be with you in the water at all times.

Mondays 09:00-11:30

Tuesdays 11:00-14:00

Thursdays 18:00-20:30

Cost

30 mins MSK aquatic therapy session – £75

30 mins neuro aquatic therapy session (1 physio) – £100

30 mins neuro aquatic therapy session (2 physios) – £150
